Vintage SPIKEHORN MEYER'S BEAR DEN, Souvenir Bear Figurine.
When Michiganians traveled Old US 27, before the 127 interstate highway, one of the stops along the way, was the lair of Spikehorn Meyer's. Spikehorn was famous for his bears. ONLY BEAR DEN IN THE WORLD VISITORS ARE ALLOWED TO SHAKE HANDS WITH A BEAR. This tourist attraction was being done in the 1930s up to the 1950s. Spikehorn passed away in 1959 at the age of 87.
By this time line, this Souvenir Bear is probably over 60 years old, so some wear should be expected. Bear is in preowned, normal wear for a item of it's age, used condition. Brown paint has wear, very small chips, on ears. ( see photos  ) No other broken pieces, no cracks. I strive to fully disclose any and all flaws of an item, but I may occasionally miss something.
